Note: We do not share your data with third-party marketers or data brokers.

3. Data Retention & Security

We implement a strict Automatic Purge Policy. All sensitive identification documents (passport scans and photos) are permanently deleted from our temporary processing servers 30 days after the visa has been issued or a final decision is reached.

All data is encrypted via TLS 1.3 during transit and stored with AES-256 encryption at rest.

Yes. For citizens of the USA, the eVisa is usually valid for 10 years and allows multiple entries. For Canadian and Australian citizens, it is valid for 5 years. In all cases, you can stay up to 90 days per year.

If your visa is denied due to an error made by our processing team, we offer a 100% refund of our service fee. Please note that the government visa fee itself is non-refundable by Brazilian authorities.
