Citizens of the United States, Canada, and Australia must provide digital copies of the following:

  • Valid Passport Bio-data page.
  • Passport-style digital photo.
  • Last 3 months of bank statements or pay stubs.

2. Passport Specifications

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Brazil. The scan must be clear, showing the MRZ code (the two lines of text at the bottom) without glares or cut-off edges.

3. Digital Photo Standards

The photo must be recent (less than 6 months old) and follow these criteria:

  • Plain white background with no shadows.
  • Face looking directly at the camera (neutral expression).
  • No glasses, hats, or headbands.

To ensure visitors can support themselves, Brazil requires proof of financial capability. You must provide Bank Statements from the last 3 months. If you are being sponsored by a family member, a signed sponsorship letter and their bank statements are required.

5. Special Requirements for Minors

For applicants under 18 years of age, both parents must sign the Visa Authorization Form. A copy of the minor's birth certificate and the IDs of both parents are mandatory for the submission.
