1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds can be requested at any time before your application is submitted to the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs systems. Once submitted, the service is considered rendered.
2. Government Visa Fees
The Brazilian government visa fee is a mandatory tax for processing your entry permit. Brazilian authorities do not issue refunds for this fee, regardless of whether the visa is approved, delayed, or denied.
3. Our Error-Free Guarantee
We take full responsibility for our processing work. You are entitled to a 100% refund of our Service Fee if:
- Your application is denied due to a data entry error by our team.
- A technical failure in our portal prevents your application from being filed.
4. Processing Timeline
All refund requests are reviewed by our billing department within 24 hours. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Stripe).
5. Common Questions
Yes. If our experts have not yet begun the manual review of your application, you are eligible for a full refund of both the service fee and the government fee.
The government visa fee is non-refundable by the Brazilian authorities under any circumstances. However, if the rejection was caused by a clerical error on our part, we will refund 100% of our service fee.
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, the amount usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
Our service includes a manual review to catch these typos. If we find an error, we contact you before submission. If the application is already submitted to the government, a refund is no longer possible for that specific application.
