These terms govern your use of the Brazil eVisa Processing Center. By accessing our services, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2. Scope of Service
We provide a concierge service which includes expert review of biometric photos, real-time application tracking, and 24/7 English support for your Brazil eVisa.
3. Official Disclaimer
The issuance of a visa is at the sole discretion of the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We cannot guarantee approval. We are not responsible for government delays or server outages.
4. Fees and Refund Policy
Once an application is submitted to the government, all fees are non-refundable. If your visa is denied due to an error made by our team, we offer a 100% refund of our service fee.
5. Common Questions
No. We are a private technology company and processing agency. We charge a service fee to manage, review, and expedite your application. You can apply directly at the government portal for a lower cost without our concierge services.
Cancellations are only possible if our experts have not yet started the review process. Once the application is submitted to the Brazilian government systems, fees become non-refundable as the government does not return the visa processing tax.
If your visa is rejected specifically due to a transcription or processing error made by our team, we will refund 100% of our service fee. We do not refund fees if the rejection is based on the applicant’s background or government policy.
Our internal review takes 24-48 hours. The government processing time varies but usually takes 5 to 10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Yes. We use SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
